Food Processing Expo 2024 will be held at the brand-new SAFE Credit Union Convention Center (formerly the Sacramento Convention Center), Tuesday, February 13 – Wednesday, February 14, 2024! The Expo attracts a wide variety of attendees, including CLFP food processor members and board members, non-member food processors, those with ideas for new food products, university personnel and students, food processing industry vendors, suppliers, and more.
The Expo offers food processors the opportunity to meet and re-establish connections with existing vendors, make new connections, and learn about the latest products and services available to the food processing industry. Topical educational opportunities are offered at the Expo, including a pre-Expo workshop. In addition, multiple educational seminars will be held on the trade show floor, along with several networking opportunities.
