COVID-19 Safety

Proof of vaccination OR negative COVID-19 test required to enter!

The Food Processing Expo will be enforcing the following precautions to keep Registrants/Attendees safe during the show. The Attendee is required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon entrance to the show. Digital copies of vaccinations can be found here:

Alternately, the Attendee must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test conducted 24 hours (antigen test) or 48 hours (PCR test) prior to their 
entrance to the show. Rapid testing will be administered onsite for those who need it.

Attendee will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the show and shall not remove the mask while indoors unless eating or drinking, and must maintain a distance of six feet from others while doing so.


The Food Processing Expo asks that the Attendee does not attend the show if any of the following apply:

  • Attendee tests positive for, or has been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 within 14 days of the show.
  • Attendee experiences symptoms related to COVID-19, within 48 hours prior to the show, including fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.

*Self administed at home tests will not be accepted*
