About the Show

Food Processing Expo 2025 will be held at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center (formerly the Sacramento Convention Center), Wednesday, February 5, & Thursday, February 6, 2025! The Expo attracts a wide variety of attendees, including CLFP food processor members and board members, non-member food processors, those with ideas for new food products, university personnel and students, food processing industry vendors, suppliers, and more.

The Expo offers food processors the opportunity to meet and re-establish connections with existing vendors, make new connections, and learn about the latest products and services available to the food processing industry. Topical educational opportunities are offered at the Expo, including a pre-Expo workshop. In addition, multiple educational seminars will be held on the trade show floor, along with several networking opportunities.

Since 1905, the California League of Food Producers has been an advocate and the voice for California's food-producing industry. CLFP represents the interests of processors of fruits, vegetables, nuts, dairy products, beverages, and specialty products throughout California. CLFP works to help ensure a favorable and profitable business environment for its members and the entire food-producing industry. Located in the Sacramento region, CLFP is the only statewide food-producing organization in California focused specifically on protecting the interests of food processors before all branches of state government.
