Food Processing Expo 2020 will offer a fresh innovative take on this classic one of a kind show, offering something for everyone whether you are just getting started, an established food processor or somewhere in between. The day prior to the Expo on February 11, a one-day workshop will be held - "Food Processing Facility Sanitation Workshop." On February 12 the Expo Kickoff Breakfast will feature Phil Kafarakis, head of the Specialty Food Association. Multiple educational sessions will held on the show floor throughout the two-day Expo. with Keynote Speaker Dr. Ken Goldberg, UC Robotics and AI Lab, and an internationally known expert on robotics and artificial intelligence.
The Expo is also about networking and having some fun! Try your hand at the always popular Veggie, Fruit & Nut Putting Contest and mix and mingle at the Annual Supplier Host Council Reception & Silent Auction, both of which raise funds for CLFP's Scholarship Program.
