Food Processing Facility Sanitation Workshop

Course Description

Doing just a cursory investigation into food recalls, you’ll find that many of them are a result of failures of fundamental programs like sanitation and pest control. History has taught us that although having an effective, documented food safety plan is important to the success of any food or beverage manufacturer, we must also maintain focus on keeping our facility clean and functioning well through sustained pre-requisite programs.

This one-day sanitation workshop is intended to continue with the long-standing tradition of sanitation workshops conducted in conjunction with the CLFP annual Expo. This will be a cross-functional discussion of the latest techniques, and long-standing best practices, related to sanitation, pest control, and other critical pre-requisite programs that are critical for any food or beverage manufacturing facility.


Who Should Attend?

Management team members, supervisors, Food Safety and Sanitation departments, and anyone who would benefit from an update on the latest information about sanitation and pest control best practices.
