About the Show
Food Processing Expo 2023 will be held at the newly renovated SAFE Credit Union Convention Center (formerly the Sacramento Convention Center)! The Expo attracts a wide variety of attendees, including CLFP food processor members, non-member food processors, those with ideas for new food products, university personnel and students, food processing industry vendors, suppliers and more.
For a nominal fee - lower than many industry shows - the Expo offers food processors the opportunity to meet and re-establish connections with existing vendors, make new connections and learn about the latest products and services available to the food processing industry. Topical educational opportunities are offered at the Expo, including a pre-Expo workshop. In addition, multiple educational seminars will be held on the trade show floor along with several networking opportunities.
